Employee Time Off Overview form

This form is used by Employees and Supervisors to:

  • View the time off activity in a calendar array.
  • Review the request status.
  • Review tracked absence available balances.
  • Create new Time Off Requests.
  • Withdraw Time Off Requests.
  • Supervisors can modify, approve or reject requests.
  • Review the detail of existing time off requests.
  • Review the comments submitted with the requests.
  • Review the comments submitted by the supervisor on the requests.

Employees can access the form by clicking the See All Time Off Requests in the My Time Off Requests pane on the Employee Landing Page.

Supervisors can access the form from the links on the Supervisor Time Off Request Overview form.
