Creating timesheet for Indirect job type

To create the time when the value in the Job Type field is set to Indirect:

  1. Select Form > Open > Time Entry. The Time Entry form is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Date
    The date for which the timesheet is created.
    Job Type
    The type of work performed by the employee.
    Reoccurence
    Note: This field is not displayed for the Clocked-in employee.
    Task Code
    The code assigned to the job.
    Duration
    The total clocked-in hour of the employee.
    HLT Code
    The hour types.
    Notes
    The additional information related to the timesheet entry.
    Status
    The status of the timesheet.
    Total Hours
    The total work hour of the employee. The total hour is calculated based on the start time and end time of the total clocked-in hour of the employee.
    Note: 
    • For employee who has worked on the job earlier, the value in this field is displayed when the value in the duration field is specified.
    • For the employee who has clocked-in, the value in this field is displayed after a Stop Time value is specified.
  3. Click Save Entry.
