Using the Process Timesheets form
- Select Form > Open > Process Timesheets. The Process Timesheets form is displayed.
- Specify the range of Report Dates that are to be processed.
- Specify the information in the Additional Selection Criteria section. This section includes information such as the employee number, employee type, work group.

Select the Include Auto Clocked Out
check box to include the dates on which the employee is automatically clocked
out while processing the timesheet.
You can clear the check box to omit dates where the employee is clocked out through the Auto Clock Out routine.
- Click Submit Batch to create the background task. The Background Task number that is generated is displayed on the form.

Access the Background Task History form to confirm that
the task is completed successfully. The log for the selected record and the
processing status is displayed on the Task
Messages tab. You can select the Process Timesheet task for
which the status is displayed from the Task Name list.
Note: The timesheets with status Pending, Ready or Approved can only be processed.
