Configuring the Time Track Parameters

  1. Select Form > Open > Time Track Parameters. The Time Track Parameters form is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Full Day Absence
    Select this check box to create a full day absence record.
    Note: 
    • The default value is set to 0. Full Day Absence = 0 (The Shift Start and End Time must be zero to create a full day absence.)
    • You can also specify the hours and minutes in HHMM format to specify an alternate value.
      • Full Day Absence = 0900. This creates absences that start at the scheduled shift start time and end 9 hours later.
      • Half Day absences starts at the specified time and end 4 hours and 30 minutes later.
    Auto Submit
    Select this check box to clock out for the day automatically after scanning a badge, if only one option (Clock Out) is displayed. Else, the operator must select an option (Break for Lunch or Clock Out) on the form that is displayed to perform the appropriate action.
    Async Updates
    Select this check box to process the classification and posting to the Integrated ERP asynchronously. This helps to speed up the clock out process.
  3. Click Save.
