ERP Data

Use this form to view labor data created for employees that are assigned to an Employee Type, using asynchronous posting. You can filter transactions based on these fields:

Date Range
The range of date for which labor transactions, gap time, absence hours or modifications to the labor transactions are posted or scheduled to be posted to the Integrated ERP, is displayed.
Note: By default, the activity for the last 7 days is displayed.
Errored Hours
The transactions that failed to post are set to Error status. You can repost these transactions as a background task after the error is resolved or select the particular transaction and click the green icon. You can also click the red icon to set the status of the Error transactions to Omitted.
Scheduled Hours
The Gap records, Absence hours and modified labor records are posted to the ERP Data as a background task. These transactions are scheduled. When a background task successfully posts a scheduled transaction, the status of the task is set to Posted and are displayed with the posted transactions. However, if a record fails to post, the status of the task is updated to Error and are displayed with the Error transactions. You can post a scheduled task on demand by selecting the scheduled transaction and clicking the green icon. You can also click the red icon to set the status of the scheduled transaction to Omitted. Modifications to posted record set the Net Post record to ERP Data as Scheduled.
Posted Hours
Transactions that are posted to the ERP in Real Time are set to Posted status. When a transaction with Scheduled, Error or Omitted status is posted through a background task, the status is modified to Posted.
Skipped Hours
Transactions with Omitted status are skipped while posting to the Integrated ERP through background task.
