Creating timesheet for Production Order job type
To create the timesheet when the value in the Job Type field is set to Production Order.
- Select Form > Open > Time Entry. The Time Entry form is displayed.

Specify this information:
- Date
- The date for which the timesheet is being created.
- Reoccurence
- Job Type
- The type of job performed by the employee.
- Set Up Transaction
- If this check box is selected, the set up time is displayed for the employee with the elapsed working hours.
- Job Name
- The job on which the employee is currently working.
- Item
- The code of the item.
- Suffix
- The job suffix.
- Operation
- The operation number.
- Work center
- The site where the work is executed.
- Machine
- The name of the machine used for the job.
- Machine Ratio
- The machine ratio determines the labor time
that can be reported for the machine.Note: This field is displayed, only if the Combine Labor and Machine Time check box is selected in the Employees form.
- Duration
- The total clocked in hour of the employee.
- HLT Code
- The code of the hour types.
- Notes
- The additional information related to the timesheet entry.
- Status
- The status of the timesheet.
- Total Hours
- The total work hour of the employee. The
total hour is calculated based on the start time and end time of the
total clocked-in hours of the employee.Note:
- For employee who has worked on the job earlier, the value in this field is displayed when the value in the duration field is specified.
- For the employee who has clocked-in, the value in this field is displayed after a Stop Time value is specified.
- Click Save Entry. The details are displayed in the Activity Summary section of the New Timesheet page.
