Active Task form

Use this form to view the tasks that are in progress for the logged in operator or machine. The form displays the code of the task, description, the expected timeline to complete the task, accepted, rejected and remaining quantities and so on. You can also view the item number, order or operation number for the Production Order related tasks and the indirect code for any indirect tasks.

You can use these options from the menu:

  • Dispatch List: Enables you to access the Dispatch List form wherein you can view the tasks that are yet to be initiated.
  • Machine Downtime: Enables you to create a new booking for the indirect task code with open status. An option to stop all tasks for the operator is provided. After the tasks are stopped the Downtime Task form is displayed wherein you can click the Start option to create a new booking for the downtime code, with Open status. All tasks for the machine are automatically stopped.
    Note: This option is displayed only in Machine Mode.
  • Machine Data: Enables you to view the data related to the machine in the Machine Integration Data form that is displayed .
    Note: This option is displayed only in Machine Mode.
  • Indirect Task: Enables you to access the Indirect Task form.
    Note: This option is displayed only in Operator Mode.
  • Direct Entry: Enables you to access the Direct Entry form.
  • Run: Enables you to stop the selected setup task and start an identical task again in run-time.
    Note: This option is displayed only if the Multi-Select (RS9295M) feature is selected on the Feature Management form and the Allow Switch to Runtime parameter is selected on the Shop Floor Parameters form.

You can also use these options on the page:

  • Report: Enables you to report the quantity using Report icon to access the Report Quantities tab on the Task Details page, wherein you can report quantities.
    Note: 
    • This icon is displayed only if the Support Stand-Alone Quantity Reporting check box is selected on the Work Area Parameters form and the RS9295 feature is enabled in the Feature Management form.
    • You can also use the Report option from the menu to report the quantity.
  • Stop: Enables you to stop a task using the Stop icon.
  • SF Print Item Labels: Enables you to allow labels to be printed manually.

The Progress bar indicates the progress of the task, based on the quantity.
