Reporting Quantity at the Last Operation Into Inventory

In the Time Track module, you can report quantities at the last operation into using the Real Time Transaction Entry form or the Dashboard Transactions form. The user is redirected to the Job Move form when a quantity is entered into the move field on a last operation. Upon selecting Stop Job the labor transaction is executed and the Job Move form opens and defaults all the transaction information in, including the quantity complete and moved reported on the prior Time Track transaction form. All the features of the Shop Floor Job Move form are now available to the user:

• Complete Operation
• Reverse Quantity
• Close Job
• Select Warehouse
• Select Location
• Select Container
• Generate/Select Lot
• Generate/Select Serial
