Using the Attendance transaction form

Use this form to enter the attendance transactions.

To use the Attendance transaction form:

  1. Select Attendance transaction on Employee Home Page. The current date and time are defaulted on the form.
  2. Specify the Badge Number. The transaction options related to the Badge Number are displayed.
  3. Validate the employee credential to enable the attendance transaction option. After the transaction option is selected, a message is displayed indicating the success or failure of the process.
    Note: 
    • An error message is displayed, if the employee is not authorized to access the labor transaction form.

  4. Click Close. The Employee Home Page is displayed.
    Note: This form is designed to be run on devices dedicated to the collection of attendance transactions. After each transaction the cursor is returned to the Employee Number prompt ready for the entry of the next employee’s badge. This feature makes this unnecessary to close the form after each transaction.
