Viewing Logs Transaction Logs

Perform these steps to view a transaction log:

  1. Enter a Report Date Range.
  2. Enter option selection criteria ranges
  3. Select at least 1 filter
    Use Select All to select all filters.
  4. Set Sort Order
    • Employee Number and Report Date default as the Primary and Secondary filter
    • Add Transaction Date as a 3rd filter to see the query results in chronological order
  5. Select Go to generate the query.
  6. Select view to bring fields relevant to a particular order type to the front.
  7. Use the Store Options Icon to save default and alternate queries.
    Use the Restore Options Icon to switch between stored queries.
