Working With ERP Errors

Erp Errors occur when a record attempts to post but is rejected by the ERP. The information displayed on a panel triggered by an ERP Error is as follows:

  • Panel description = ERP Posting Error
  • Report Date
  • Order#/Proj#/TaskCd and description
  • Start and End times of the record
  • ERP Error Message
  • Action buttons
    • Edit
      • Opens the Time Entry Modal
      • Allows editing of the transaction detail
      • Allows entry of a remark
      • Select Save Entry to update the record
    • Repost
      • Opens the Authorize Exception Modal
      • Displays Report Date in read only
      • Displays the ERP Error Message in read only
      • Select Save Changes to trigger the repost
    • Delete
      • Opens the Delete Entry Modal
      • All fields are read only
        • Transaction Report Date
        • ERP Error Message
        • Transaction Start and End times
      • Select Delete to delete the record
