Creating New Absence Requests
To submit a new absence request from the Supervisor Landing Page:

Select Create New Time Off Request
from the upper right portion of the form header.
The PTO Entry Modal is displayed. The request status defaults to Approved status.
- Specify this information:
- The employee number
- The date or dates for the absence
- The absence code to be used for the absence
- The type of absence that is requested, Full day or Partial Day
- For Partial Day, enter the start and end time of the absence
- Enter any comments the supervisor wishes to make
- Select Submit
Note: The PTO Entry Modal form is closed and the Supervisor Time off Overview form is displayed. The newly requested time off must be displayed in the calendar array as Approved.
