Hours Summary

Use this form to view hourly records. You can also perform administrative functions for a specified date range, filtered for a specified range of employees, employee types, work groups, departments, or shifts. The records are displayed based on this criteria:

Selection Criteria

The criteria to display in the Records Grid. You can save the criteria for future reuse.

Records Grid

The data that is to be displayed. You can select Attendance, OT Eligible Hours, OT Non-Eligible Hours, Status, or Show All.

You can select one or more records in the Records Grid, use the dashboard options to approve and process records, authorize exceptions, and perform other administrative functions.

You can right-click a record to open the Hours Detail form or the Transaction form.
