Viewing records on Elapsed Time Weekly Summary

  1. Select Time Track > Time Track Forms > Elapsed Time Weekly Summary. The Elapsed Time Weekly Summary form is displayed.
  2. Specify selection criteria. Initially, no default preferences are set. You can configure a preferred combination of selection criteria,
  3. Click Save Selections to save these criteria as the default. Alternative selections can be saved under other names and retrieved using the Restore Selections option. These parameters are used to define selection criteria:
    • Date Preference: This field sets the date range for the selection. Week Start is the only available option for this form.
    • Week Start: The first date of the week for which you are viewing records. If you specify a different date of that week, the first date is defaulted. Optionally, use the arrow options to select an earlier or later week.
    • Week No: The week number of the currently specified week start date is displayed.
    • From - To Ranges: A range of employees, employee types, work groups, departments, and/or shifts is specified to be displayed. Leave a field blank to view all available records of that type.
    • Filters: The set of options that allows you to include or exclude a record based on the processing hours status or employee type. Select an option to include records with these characteristics and deselect an option to exclude records with these characteristics.

      2. Not Employee Signed Off
      3. Supervisor Signed Off
      4. Not Supervisor Signed Off
      5. Processed
      6. Not Processed
      7. Attendance Violation
      Note: The Supervisor Signed Off and Not Supervisor Signed Off evaluate the Approve field. The Employee Sign Off and Not Employee Signed Off fields evaluate the Employee Signed field.

      The hours totals matching your specified selection criteria are displayed for each day of the week.

  4. Review the hours totals matching the specified selection criteria for each day of the week.
    • To view the records for a report date, select a day in the Select Week Day field.
    • Records for the selected report date are displayed in the bottom grid.
