Setting up absence tracking
- SelectAbsences form is displayed. . The
- Configure absence codes as tracked or untracked. on the Absences form,
- Add absence codes to time off groups on the Time Off Group Parameters form.
- Assign employees to time off groups on the Employees form
- Select whether to use the absence approval system for employee types on the Employee Types form.
- Designate which supervisors can approve and deny time off requests on the Work Groups form.
- Set up email notifications for absence requests.
- Create a new tracking year for the current year on the Create New Absence Tracking Year form,
