Requesting time off using Employee Home Page

  1. Select Time Track > Time Track Forms > Employee Home Page. The Employee Home Page form is displayed.
  2. Select Request Time Off
  3. Specify the employee number and the tracking year. This information is displayed for each absence code:
    • Annual hours allowed
    • Accrued hours
    • Hours requested
    • Hours taken
    • Available hours
    • Current hours
    • Planned hours
    • Accrual value
    • Increment type
    • Specify the duration: Full Day or Partial Day.
  4. Specify this information:
    Absence Code
    The absence code.
    Start Date
    The start date for the time you are requesting off.
    End Date
    The end date for the time you are requesting off.
    Start Time
    The time from when the time off starts.
    Note: This field is displayed only if the Partial Day option is selected in the Duration field.
    End Time
    The time by when the employee time off ends.
    Note: This field is displayed only if the Partial Day option is selected in the Duration field.
  5. Specify a comment in the Employee Comment field, if required.
  6. Select Submit.
