Printing absence reports
Use the Absence Report form to print customized reports of employee absences.
- Select Time Track > Time Track Reports > Absence Report. The Absence Reports form is displayed.
- Specify the data in the Selection section to select the absences data that must be included in the report.

to define the selection criteria,:
- Report Date
- The dates for which the absences report must be printed.
- Employee
- The employee numbers associated with the absences.
- Employee Type
- The employee types associated with the absences.
- Work Group
- The work groups associated with the absences.
- Department
- The departments associated with the absences.
- Shift
- The shifts associated with the absences.
- Absence Code
- The absence codes for which the report must be printed.
Note: To include all the absences data in the report, all the fields in the Selection section must be blank. - Click Preview to preview the report.
- Click Print to print the report.
