Configuring temporary Schedule Changes

  1. Select Time Track > TimeTrack Forms > Hours Summary. The Hours Summary form is displayed.
    Note: You can also configure temporary schedule changes using the Hours Detail.
  2. Specify the value in the grid and select the record(s) for which you are creating a temporary schedule change.
  3. Select a single employee record.
  4. Select the Schedule Change icon in the toolbar. The Schedule Change form is displayed.
    Note: 
    • If you navigated from the Hours Summary form, the employee field does not display.
    • If you navigated from the Hours Detail form, the employee number displays and is read-only.
  5. Specify the shift to which the selected employee(s) will be temporarily moved.
  6. Specify a new start and end time, if necessary.
  7. Click Submit.
