Loading orders from the ERP system

  1. Select Time Track > Time Track Utilities > Load Orders From ERP. The Load Orders From ERP form is displayed.
  2. Review the entity displayed in the Site field. The orders are downloaded from this entity to Time Track.
    Note: By default, the logged in entity is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Days Prior
    The number of days prior to the current date for which orders are loaded.
    Days Into the Future
    The number of days after the current date for which orders are loaded .
    Send Email Notification
    Select this check box to send an email with the details about the successfully downloaded orders.
    Note: 
    • The email is sent to the email address specified in the user profile.
    • The user must be a publication subscriber.
    Net Change
    Select this check box to download the orders modified after the specified date and time.
    Note: You can specify the date and time on the window that is displayed after the check box is selected.
  4. Select the type of orders that must be downloaded in the Order Type section.
  5. Click Process. The number of successfully downloaded orders is displayed.
