Configuring publication subscribers

  1. Select Form > Open > Publication Subscribers. The Publication Subscribers from is displayed.
    Note: Before configuring a publication subscriber, a primary email address must be defined on the User Maintenance record of a user and Intranet STMP must be configured.
  2. Click New. A new line is added to the grid.
  3. Specify this information:
    Publication Name
    The name of the publication to be subscribed.
    User Name
    The user name for which the publication is subscribed.
    E-mail Address
    The email address of the user associated with the subscription.
  4. Click Save.
