Creating time-off request

  1. Select Form > Open. The Select Form form is displayed.
  2. Specify Supervisor Landing Page in the Filter field.
  3. Double-click the form name. The Supervisor Landing Page form is displayed.
  4. Click View All Time-Off Requests. The Supervisor Time Off Overview form is displayed. By default, the My Employee's Time Off tab is displayed.
  5. Select the My Time Off tab.
  6. Review the time-off requests in the calendar. The page also displays the status of the employees’ time-off requests.
  7. Click the date in the calendar. The PTO Entry form is displayed.
  8. Specify this information:
    • The period of leave.
    • The type of leave. Possible values:
      • General
      • Holiday
      • PT
      • Sick
      • VAC
      • INC
    • The number of hours applied for the leave.
    • The status of the leave.
    • The description of the leave.
  9. Click Submit. A confirmation message is displayed after the submission.
  10. Review the time-off request in the calendar on the time off overview page.
