Calendar

The Calendar displays data such as absence, holidays, pay periods, or shift patterns, based on method used for invoking the form.  To navigate to the Calendar form, select a month from the list. and click Prev or Next to select a year. The following data is displayed on the calendar:

Absence Calendar

The absence data related to a specific employee.

Facility Holiday Calendar

The scheduled holidays related to a specific facility.

Payroll Schedule Calendar

The pay period of a specific payroll schedule.

Shift Pattern Calendar

The period for a specific shit pattern.

Site Holiday Calendar

The scheduled holidays related to a specific site.
