Verifying counted inventory using cycle counting

Select Inventory Count > Cycle Verify. The Cycle Verify form is displayed.
Note: To access this form, you can also select Icon Menu > Inventory Count > Cycle Verify.

Specify or review this information:
- Whse
- The code of the warehouse.
- Mode
- Indicate the mode for verifying the count.
Possible values:
- Mismatch?: This option verifies items with mismatched counted from previous cycle counts.
- UnCounted: This option counts only uncounted items.
- Full: This option verifies all items.
Note: By default, this field is set to Mismatch?. - Serials?
- Indicate if the serials must be counted. By default, this field is set to Yes, when you enter a cycle verify transaction.
- Lots?
- Indicate if the lots must be counted. By default, this field is set to Yes, when you enter a cycle verify transaction.
- Click Next. The location of the warehouse is displayed.
- Select a location and click Next.

Specify this information:
- Item
- The item number. Scan this number to confirm that you are counting the correct item. This field is displayed only if the Input Item parameter is selected for this transaction.
- Lot
- The lot number. Scan this number to confirm that you are counting the correct lot. This field is displayed only if the Input Lot parameter is selected for this transaction.
- Status
- The item status (counted or uncounted).
- Expected
- The expected quantity. This quantity has been recorded in the system at the time of generating the cycle count.
- Counted
- The previously counted quantity.
- Qty
- The current counted quantity.Note: Item serial tracked Quantity can be ‘0’ or ‘1’. If the number is greater than ‘0’ or ‘1’, an error message is displayed.
- Click Next.

Specify or verify this information if the item is
serial-controlled:
- Cycle Count Records
- The total number of cycle count records for the serialized items from the item lot location.
- Records Counted
- The number of cycle count records counted for the serialized item lot location.
- Serial
- The serial number for each item. You must scan this value.
- Scanned
- The total quantity of serial numbers to be scanned.
- Count Completed for Item/Lot/Location
- Indicate if the counting is completed.

Click Process
after the scan is completed.
Note: This option is enabled, only when the Count Completed for Item/Lot/Location field is set to Yes. You can also click Show List to view the available serial numbers, or click Clear List to clear all the scanned serial numbers.
