Shipping items using Pick, Pack, and Ship

Select Outbound Transactions > PPS Shipping. The PPS Shipping form is displayed.
Note: To access this form, you can also select Icon Menu > Ship It > PPS Shipping.

Specify or scan this information to define the search criteria:
- Shipment
- The code of the shipment.
- Order
- The order number.
- Pick List Num
- The pick list number.
- Click Next. A list of shipments matching the search criteria is displayed.

Select a shipment and click Next.
Note:
- If only one shipment matches the search criteria, the shipment is automatically selected.
- If the shipment status is Ready to Ship, the subsequent verification steps are skipped.

Scan the package number, if required, to verify a shipment
line. If the item is not packed, scan the item or package number. If the
Verify Lines
Mandatory parameter is cleared for this transaction, shipment
lines do not need to be verified, and this step is skipped.
You must verify all lines on the shipment.

Click Next.
To ship the order, specify this information:
- To Container
- Indicate if items must be placed in a container. This field is displayed only if containers are in use at your site.
- Container
- The code of the container.Note: This field is displayed only if the To Container field is set to Yes. You can leave this field blank to automatically generate a new container code.
- Tracking
- The tracking number for the shipment. Note: This field is displayed only if the Allow Tracking Number Input parameter is selected for this transaction.
- Pro Number
- The pro number for the shipment. Note: This field is only displayed if the Allow Pro Number parameter is selected for this transaction.
- Vehicle Number
- The code of the vehicle number in which the
items are shipped. Note: This field is only displayed if the Allow Vehicle parameter is selected for this transaction.

Click Process.
Note: The application prints the labels if the transaction is configured to print labels automatically. Else, the Label Printing screen is displayed wherein you can specify the required details. See Printing Labels.
