Configuring End Team Run, Start Team Run, Team Maintenance, and Team Member Reporting Parameters

  1. Select Configuration > Parameters > Transaction Set Maintenance. The Transaction Set Maintenance form is displayed.
  2. Select SF_TeamsTransaction from the Transaction Name list.
    Note:  There are additional parameters that you can configure for the End Team Run and Team Member Reporting forms by selecting MES_JobMove from the Transaction Name list. For instructions on setting these additional parameters, see Configuring End Run, End Run Only, End Machine, End Team Run, Job Move, and Team Member Reporting Parameters.
  3. Select the Fill Warehouse check box to default the warehouse for this transaction. The warehouse assigned to the user is defaulted.
  4. Select the Successful Message check box to display a message when the transaction is completed successfully.
  5. Configure these parameters on the Transaction Parameters tab, in the Parameter and Value columns:
    Allow Team Member to Report Quantities
    Select this check box to allow users to report quantities.
    Note: You can clear this check box to allow administrators or supervisors only to report quantities.
    Allow User to be Removed from Team
    Select this check box to allow users to remove themselves from a team.
    Note: You can clear this check box to allow administrators or supervisors only to remove members from teams.
    Discrete Transaction
    Select this check box to require generic users to sign in again using the Employee Authentication form after performing this transaction.
    Note: You can clear this check box to allow users to perform additional transactions, after performing this transaction, without signing in again.
  6. Select Label Print Parameters to configure label printing parameters for this transaction, on the Transaction Parameterstab, if required.
  7. Click Save.
