Printing the item label

  1. Select Infor CloudSuite Industrial Warehouse Mobility > Inquiries > Print Item Labels. The Print Item Labels form is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Item
    The unique identification number of the item for which the label is printed.
    Note: The item description is displayed.
    Container
    The unique identification number of the container for which the label is printed.
    Note: This field is enabled if the Container in Use global parameter is selected.
    Lot Number
    The lot number linked to the specified Item.
    Note: 
    • This field is displayed only if the specified Item is lot-controlled.
    • The Lot Number is not validated.
    Serial Number
    The serial number linked to the specified Item.
    Note: 
    • This field is displayed only if the specified Item is serialized.
    • The Serial Number is not validated.
    Printer
    The name of the printer that is used to print item labels.
    Note: 
    • This field is displayed only if the Print Labels check box is selected in the Transaction Warehouse Order Type Print Parameters form.
    • By default, the value specified in the Default Printer field on the Transaction Warehouse Order Type Print Parameters form is displayed. You can modify the value.
    No. of Labels
    The total number of labels to be printed.
    Note: 
    • This field is displayed only if the Print Labels check box is selected in the Transaction Warehouse Order Type Print Parameters form.
    • By default, the value specified in the Number of Labels field on the Transaction Warehouse Order Type Print Parameters form is displayed. You can modify the value.
  3. Click Print. The label is printed.
