Configuring Parameters on the Transaction Parameters tab
In the Transaction Parameters tab:
- Select the Allow Operation Complete check box to allow users to complete operations.
- Select the Confirm Lot check box to allow users to confirm the lot number by re-entering it.
- Select the Consider Scrapped check box to consider scrapped quantities as completed quantities when calculating the remaining balance of quantities to be completed.
- Select the Default Qty Move check box to use the number of completed quantities specified in the Good field as the default value for the Moved field.
- Specify a SyteLine reason code in the Default Scrap Reason Code field to use by default for scrapped quantities.
- Select the Enable Qty Move check box to allow users to manually specify moved quantities.
- Select the SF End Run Only check box to enable the End Run Only transaction.
- Select the SF End Run Quantity Enabled check box to allow users to specify the quantity completed when stopping job operations.
- Select the Put Away check box to allow users to specify a receiving location. Clear this check box to always use the default receiving location.
- Specify a default location where completed items are received in the Receiving Location field.
- Select the Discrete Transaction check box to allow generic users to sign in again using the Employee Authentication form after performing this transaction. Clear this check box to allow users to perform additional transactions, after performing this transaction, without signing in again.
- Select the Check Qty Received check box to warn users if they are attempting to report a quantity of good and scrapped items that exceeds the quantity received.

Select the Allow Job Close With Open
Reqs check box to allow the job to close even when all the
materials are issued.
Note: When the RS8953 feature is activated on the Feature Management form, this parameter performs an additional validation based on the CSI Shop Floor Perform Additional Validations parameter.
- Select the Allow Quantity Reporting check box to allow users to specify the quantities in the Good and Moved fields in the labor reporting transactions such as End Run Common.

Select the Control Point Quantity
Reporting check box to allow the users to specify the quantities
only for the Control Point operations and last operation. Consequently,
backflushed labor and material are not duplicated.
Note:
- This parameter is enabled only if the RS9265 feature is activated on the Feature Management form.
- This parameter is added to the End Run Common and Job Move forms. This feature is enabled in the End Run Only and End Machine transactions if the parameter is enabled for Job Move.
- The list in Operation field on the Job Move form displays only the Control Point operations and last operation.
- The Quantity Reporting related fields such as Good, Moved, Lot/Serial, Scrap, Co-Products, Distribute Open Quantity, and Complete Operation are displayed on the End Run, End Run Only, and End Machine forms for Control Point operations and last operation only.
- Select the Default Container check box to issue items to containers by default. While performing the transaction, the user can still choose not to issue items to a container.

Select the Issue to Parent Job check
box to issue completed items from a sub-assembly job to its parent job. Items is
issued to a parent job only if:
- A parent job is defined for the sub-assembly job in SyteLine.
- The last operation of the sub-assembly job is being performed.
- Select the Prompt for Issue to Parent Job check box to ask users whether to issue completed items to a parent job. Clear this check box to automatically issue completed items to a parent job upon completion of this transaction. If the Issue to Parent Job parameter is cleared, this parameter has no effect.
- Select the Allow Cross-Docking check box to allow cross docking from this transaction.
- Select the Enable Label Printing for all operations (for Job Move and End Machine only) check box to allow users to print labels for non-last operations as well.
