Stopping production schedules

  1. Select Labor > End Prouction Schedule. The End Production Schedule form is displayed.
  2. Specify a date and time for the record. The current date and time is specified by default. You can modify the date and time only if your user ID has the appropriate authorizations on the User Extensions form.
  3. Specify this information:
    Item
    The item number.
    Schedule
    The production schedule.
    Work Center
    The name of the work center.
    Operation
    The operation code.
    Shift
    The code of the shift in which you are working.
    Good Qty
    The number of completed items.
    Scrapped Qty
    The number of scrapped items.
    Scrapped Reason
    The reason for the scrapped items. This field is displayed only if you scrap any item. The backflush inventory check is performed.
  4. Select the To Container check box to issue the completed items to a container.
  5. Scan the container in the Container field to which you must issue the completed items. Tou can also leave it blank to generate a mew container number.
    Note: This field is displayed only if the To Container check box is selected.
  6. Click Process to stop production schedules.
    Note: This option is enabled only when all the required data is specified and validated.
  7. Specify the lot attribute in the Lot Attributes form. See Specifying Lot Attributes for details.
    Note: You are prompted to specify lot attributes only when a new lot is created.
  8. Select the Print Labels parameter on the Transaction Settings form, to automatically print labels or the Label Printing form is opened. See Printing Labels for information about printing labels using the Label Printing form.
