Stopping job operations, indirect tasks, machine operations, and setup activities using the Work Center form

Non-workset-enabled employees only can stop operations, Just-In-Time production, production schedules, tasks, activities, projects or service labor reporting. To stop a workset, see the Stopping Worksets Using the Work Center.

If the Work Center Popup Enabled parameter is cleared, the prompt to report completed quantities is not displayed when stopping an operation. To report completed quantities, see the Reporting Completed Quantities section.

  1. Select Labor > Workset Maintenance. The Workset Maintenance form is displayed.
  2. Specify the employee ID number.
    Note: The number is specified by default.
  3. Select a work center. The work center is specified by default. The operations, tasks, and activities that are running are displayed on the Active Transactions tab.
  4. Specify a date and time for the record. The current date and time is specified by default.
    Note: You can modify the date and time only if the Work Center Popup Enabled parameter is cleared and the employee is authorized on the User Extensions form.
  5. Select an operation, task, or activity from the Active Transactions tab.
  6. Click End.
