Generating Kanban Replenishment Orders

Select Kanban > Generate Kanban Replenishment Orders. The Generate Kanban Replenishment Orders form is displayed.

Select a replenishment source. Possible values:

Purchase Order
Transfer Order

Note: You must specify the filter criteria to select the replenishment requests for generating orders. If you do not specify the filter criteria, all replenishment requests are selected. The replenishment orders are generated for all replenishment requests based on the filter criteria set and the sufficient request met the order trigger point defined for Kanban item.

Specify a range of values in these fields:

Kanban: The Kanban ID.
Item: The items that are to be included in the order.
Warehouse: The warehouse from where the Kanban orders are created.
Work Center Location: The location of the work center.

Note: The Kanban IDs are displayed based on the selected replenishment source.

Click Process. The replenishment order is successfully generated for the purchase order. The release number is also generated along with the line number for Blanket purchase order.

Click Close.
