Issuing miscellaneous material

Select Inventory Transactions > Miscellaneous Issue. The Miscellaneous Issue form is displayed
Note: To access this form, you can also select Icon Menu > Move It > Miscellaneous Issue.

Specify this information:
- Whse
- The code of the warehouse.Note: The application defaults the value in this field if the Trans Fill Whse parameter is selected for this transaction.
- Container
- The code of the container.Note: You must specify the Container or the Item.
- The code of the item.
- The code of the item.Note: You must specify the Container or the Item.
- Location
- The location from which the items must be moved.
Note: This field is displayed only if the Container is not specified. If an issue restriction code is defined for lot or serial numbers, the error message is displaye
- Lot
- The lot number. Note: This field is displayed only if the Container is not specified.
- Reason
- The default reason code for issuing the material.
Note: You can change this reason code only if the Allow Reason Code Change parameter is selected for this transaction, .
- On hand
- The on-hand quantity of material at the selected
location. Note: This field is displayed only if the Container is not specified.
- Available
- The available quantity of material at the
selected location. Note: This field is displayed only if the Container is not specified.
- To Issue
- The quantity of material to be issued.
- Document
- The document number.

Click Next.
Note: This option is displayed only if the selected item is serial controlled. You must scan or select the serial number for each item, in the Serial field. The Scanned field displays the count of the serial numbers you have scanned. You can also click Show List to view the available serial numbers, or click Clear List to clear all the scanned serial numbers.

Click Process.
Note: The application prints the labels if the transaction is configured to print labels automatically. Else, the Label Printing screen is displayed wherein you can specify the required details. See Printing Labels.
