Assigning a printer to your user ID

To assign a printer to your user ID:

  1. Select Utilities > Change Printer. The Change Printer form is displayed, wherein you can view the current default printer in the Current Printer field.
  2. Select a printer in the New Printer field. Optionally, to un-assign a printer from your user ID and use the default printer assigned to transactions, press F2.
  3. Click Save.
