Starting jobs
You can use the Labor Reporting form to start jobs for employees. The time the employee spends working on a job is recorded and attributed to the job in your ERP system. In the Labor Reporting transaction, the Job start and setup start transactions are modified to include the Resource ID field. This field is displayed only when the Display Resource ID parameter is set to True. You can start these job types:
- Production orders
- Setup activities
- Indirect tasks
- Projects
- Service orders
- Machine jobs
