Stock Count Screen

Use the Stock Count screen to report stock count total quantity. The parameters related to the screen are:

A: No. Require confirm by scan/enter data.

B: Yes. Always auto confirm field.

C: Yes. Auto confirm field if suggested data = NOT blank.

D: Yes. Auto confirm field if suggested data = blank.

E: Yes. Auto confirm field if suggested data = NOT blank. Set input field as info field (user cannot change the value and browse is not available)
Note: Mandatory field with blank data cannot be auto confirmed. Input the data regardless of the setting.

If set to E, Remember input field data parameter is not applicable for the input field.

Enable option to approve stock count

0=No

1=Yes. Manually.

2=Yes. Automatically always.

If set to 0: If physical inventory variance exceeds tolerance value specified in M3, a Error message is displayed. Error cannot be overridden.

If set to 1: If physical inventory variance exceeds tolerance value specified in M3: Warning message is displayed. User can override warning by executing the same transaction again.

* If parameter Action to report (General)= 1=B (Asynchronous reporting - With error message) , 1=C (Asynchronous - Without error message) or 1=D (Batch reporting): To override the warning user must select the transaction from the Stock Count Transactions screen and report the transaction again.

If set to 2:
  • No check if physical inventory variance exceeds tolerance value specified in M3
  • No warning or error message related to variance is displayed (user is always allowed to exceed tolerance)

Field transaction status (10): Only displayed for existing transactions in status Error or Pending.

Field On hand (9): Only displayed when Quick Reporting is opened from Stock Enquiry

If Quick Reporting is triggered from Stock Enquiry:
  • Fields Warehouse, Location, Item, Lot and Container (1-5) are info fields
  • Field Transaction status (10) is not applicable
