Viewing records on Hours Detail
- SelectTime Track > Time Track Forms > Hours Detail. The Hours Detail form is displayed.

Note: You also can open Hours Detail as a linked form by right-clicking a record on the Hours Summary form and selecting Hours Detail
- Select a record from the list at the left. Header information, such as the employee number, employee name, and report date fill based on the record you selected. Alternatively, you can specify header information manually.

Note: You cannot save selection criteria for the Supervisor Dashboard Detail form.
- Review hours as regular, overtime, double time, overtime before shift, double time before shift, not eligible for overtime, and unpaid in the Job Hours area. Within each category, hours are tallied as clocked, clocked on a holiday, clocked on a holiday but not eligible for overtime, or absent, along with total hours. The Current field displays hours for the selected record, while the Total displays all hours for the selected report date.

to view additional data fields:
- Job Details displays the task code, work center, machine, project number, and team ID.
- Quantities displays completed quantity, rejected quantity, moved quantity, and a reason field. Quantities can be specified here only if the previous value is zero. Once specified, you must open the Transaction form to modify the details in the quantity fields.
- Remarks
displays
the name and date of the user who approved and processed each record,
along with any remarks associated with approval or processing.
- Signatures
- When an Employee User Profile is logged in, clicking the Approve icon on the Icon ribbon specifies the username and time stamp of the employee in the Employee Signed fields. When a Supervisor profile is logged in, the Approve icon specifies the Supervisor's username and time stamp in the Approved fields.
- Show All displays all available data fields.
- On the Quantity transactions tab, the details related to all
the Run transactions with the related quantity activity and all the Move
transactions are displayed. The Move transaction field displays the
Total hours from the associated Run transaction that includes the
recently created labor and quantity record for the last operations.
- These are the quantity transactions reported by the clocked in employee on this Report Date.
- You are not allowed to modify or delete the records on this tab.
- The records listed in this section use different
transactions in various scenarios:
- The records that are filtered as last operations, can use a Run (End Run, Team Run, Worksets) transactions because the transaction has no remaining quantity to move next.
- The selected records without any last operation, can also be reported as a Move transaction, if the employee has initiated an operation with a Job Move form and not from the Run transaction forms.
