Starting jobs using Real Time Transaction Entry

  1. Select Open > Forms. The Select Forn window displayed.
  2. Specify Real Time Transaction Entry and click OK. The Real Time Transaction Entry form is displayed .
    Note: You can also access the form from the Employee Home Page.
  3. Specify the information:
    Badge
    The badge number of the employee. The name of the employee and the date and time is populated when the badge number is specified.
    Order Type
    The type of job to be started. You can select the value in the Order Type field. The possible values are:
    • Production Order
    • Indirect
    • Project
    • PCS Project
    • Service Order
    • Depot
    Setup
    Select this check box to update the set up time for the employee with the elapsed working hours on the Job Details column. The default value of the set up time is 1.
    Note: The Setup check box is displayed only if the value in the Order Type field is Production Order.
    Machine Ratio
    The machine ratio determines the labor that is reported for the machine.
    Note: If the value is 0.5, the labor time that is reported for the machine is considered as half
    Order Number
    The order number of the job.
    Operation
    The code of the operation.
    Task Code
    The code of the job assigned to the employee.
    Machine
    The machine name or number related to the Production Order.
    Note: This field is displayed, only if, the value in the Order Type field is Production Order and the Combine Labor and Machine check box is selected in the Employee form.
  4. Click Start Job. The Employee Home Page is displayed.
