Starting service orders

  1. Tap Make It from the Main Menu,
  2. Tap Labor Reporting. The Labor Reporting screen is displayed.
  3. Specify a date and time to record for this transaction. The current date and time is specified by default. You can only modify the date and time if the user ID has the appropriate authorizations on the User Extensions form.
  4. Review the number of jobs in the Running/Queue wherein you currently have jobs running or queued in your workset, if you are a workset-enabled employee.
    Note: If you have only one job running, the job number or code is displayed. You can select Project in the Type field.
  5. Scan the employee ID number or team numberIn the Employee field, .
  6. Select Service Order.in the Type field.
  7. Specify this information:
    PartnerID
    The partner ID number.
    Order
    The order number.
    Line
    The line number.
    Operation
    An operation number.
    Work Code
    A work code.
    Bill Code
    A bill code.
  8. Select Process.
