Setting up absence tracking

  1. SelectTime Track > Time Track Forms > Absences. The Absences form is displayed.
  2. Configure absence codes as tracked or untracked. on the Absences form,
  3. Add absence codes to time off groups on the Time Off Group Parameters form.
  4. Assign employees to time off groups on the Employees form
  5. Select whether to use the absence approval system for employee types on the Employee Types form.
  6. Designate which supervisors can approve and deny time off requests on the Work Groups form.
  7. Set up email notifications for absence requests.
  8. Create a new tracking year for the current year on the Create New Absence Tracking Year form,
