Requesting time off using Employee Home Page
- Select Time Track > Time Track Forms > Employee Home Page. The Employee Home Page form is displayed.
- Select Request Time Off

Specify
the
employee number and the tracking year. This information is displayed for each absence
code:
- Annual hours allowed
- Accrued hours
- Hours requested
- Hours taken
- Available hours
- Current hours
- Planned hours
- Accrual value
- Increment type
- Specify the duration: Full Day or Partial Day.

Specify this information:
- Absence Code
- The absence code.
- Start Date
- The start date for the time you are requesting off.
- End Date
- The end date for the time you are requesting off.
- Start Time
- The
time from when the time off
starts.Note: This field is displayed only if the Partial Day option is selected in the Duration field.
- End Time
- The
time by when the employee time off ends.
Note: This field is displayed only if the Partial Day option is selected in the Duration field.
- Specify a comment in the Employee Comment field, if required.
- Select Submit.
