Printing absence reports

Use the Absence Report form to print customized reports of employee absences.

  1. Select Time Track > Time Track Reports > Absence Report. The Absence Reports form is displayed.
  2. Specify the data in the Selection section to select the absences data that must be included in the report.
  3. Specify this information to define the selection criteria,:
    Report Date
    The dates for which the absences report must be printed.
    Employee
    The employee numbers associated with the absences.
    Employee Type
    The employee types associated with the absences.
    Work Group
    The work groups associated with the absences.
    Department
    The departments associated with the absences.
    Shift
    The shifts associated with the absences.
    Absence Code
    The absence codes for which the report must be printed.
    Note: To include all the absences data in the report, all the fields in the Selection section must be blank.
  4. Click Preview to preview the report.
  5. Click Print to print the report.
