Reporting employee activity

  1. Open the Employee Activity Report form.
    Note: You can select Form > Open and specify the name of the form.
  2. Specify this information:
    Employees
    The range of employee IDs for which the report is generated.
    Report Dates
    The report dates specified are based on these available options:
    • Today
    • Yesterday
    • Yesterday and Today
    • Current Week
    • Last Week
    • Last Month
    • Current Month
    • Current Year
    • Date Range
    Date Range
    The time period for which the report is generated.
    Note: This field is displayed only when the Report Dates field is selected as Date Range.
    Shifts
    The range of shift values for which the report is generated.
  3. Select the Time and Attendance Transactions check box to review the report for clock in and clock out transactions.
    • Clock In: Review the employee information report when clocked in at the beginning of the day.
    • Clock Out: Review the employee information report when clocked out at the end of the day.
    • Lunch: Review the employee information report for the lunch period.
    Note: The Clock In/Clock Out fields are displayed only when the Time and Attendance Transactions check box is selected.
  4. Select the Labor Transactions check box to review the report for the direct and indirect transactions.
    • Direct: Review the report related to Job, Service Order and Project such as Start Run, End Run and so on.
    • Indirect: Review the report of miscellaneous tasks such as attending training, meeting and so on.
    Note: The Direct and Indirect fields are displayed only when the Labor Transactions check box is selected.
  5. Click Preview to review the report. You can also click Print to generate the report.
