Employee Time Off Requests

This form is used by Employees and Supervisors to:

  • View time off activity in a calendar array.
  • Review Request Status.
  • Review tracked absence available balances.
  • Create new Time Off requests.
  • Withdraw Time Off requests.
  • Supervisors can modify, approve or reject requests.
  • Review the detail of existing time off requests.
  • Review the comments submitted with requests.
  • Review the comments of the supervisor on the respective requests.

Employees can access the form by selecting See All Time Off Requests in the My Time Off Requests panel on the Employee Landing Page form.

Supervisors can access the form from links within the Supervisor Time Off Request Overview form.
