Blocking/Unblocking Lots

  1. Select Icon Menu > Inventory Transactions > Lot Block/Unblock. The Lot Block/Unblock transaction form is displayed.
    Note: Alternatively, you can also use List Menu.
  2. Specify this information,
    Item
    The alphanumeric code assigned to the item.
    Lot Number
    The alphanumeric code of the lot.
    Note: The warehouse and location details are populated based on the item and lot number specified when lot number is stored in one location. Else, the Warehouse and Location details are blank.
    Status
    The status of the lot. Possible values:
    • Blocked
    • Unblocked
    Reason Code
    The reason to block/unblock the lot.
    Note: 
    • This value defaulted based on the value set for the Default Reason Code parameter in the Transaction Set Maintenance form.
    • This value cannot be modified when the status of the lot is Blocked.
  3. Click Block/Unblock.
