Stopping worksets using the Work Center form

The workset-enabled employees can only stop worksets. If you stop workset from the Work Center form, the report additional completed quantities prompt is not displayed. Use the Report Quantities option after ending a job to report completed quantities before stopping the workset. To stop an individual operation, task, or activity on a workset without stopping the entire workset, select Maintain. See Managing Worksets and Stopping job operations for a single employee, team or workset for more information about stopping individual operations, tasks, or activities on a workset.

  1. Select Labor > Work Center. The Work Center form is displayed.
  2. Specify the employee ID number.
Note: The number is specified by default.
  3. Select a work center. The operations, tasks, and activities in your running workset are displayed on the Active tab.
Note: The work center is specified by default.
  4. Specify a date and time to record for this transaction. The current date and time is specified by default. You can modify the date and time only if the Work Center Popup Enabled parameter is cleared in the SF Work Center UI section on the Transaction Set Maintenance form and if your user ID has the appropriate authorizations on the Users form.
  5. Select End All.
    Note:
    • If the Work Center Popup Enabled parameter is cleared, your workset is stopped.
    • If the Work Center Popup Enabled parameter is selected, the Workset Maintenance form is opened. Use the Workset Maintenance form to stop your workset. See Managing Worksets for more information.
