Adding resource Groups to Users

Use the Supervisor Resource Group Access form to maintain resource groups to the existing users.

To add or delete resource groups:

  1. Select Open > Supervisor Resource Group Acces.
  2. Click Filter in Place.
  3. Specify this information:
    User Name
    Select the user name to which resource group must be added.
    Description
    The name of the user.
  4. Click Add. The Priority sequence number is defaulted.
  5. Specify this information:
    Resource Group
    Select the resource group that must be added to the user.
    Description
    The name of the resource group.
  6. Click Delete. The resource group is deleted from the list.
  7. Click Save.
