Menu Management Overview

This process explains the logic of logging into the URL with a definite starting menu group for the user.

On the specific URL:

  1. Click the specific URL.
  2. Specify the user name, password, and configuration.
  3. The application checks for the validity of the menu group on Users form.
    1. If no value is set on the Users form, the application checks for the Menu Group on the Site Parameters form.
  4. Next, the application validates for the URL type which can be Icon or List URL.
    1. If the URL is Icon based, the application checks for the Icon Menu Style Top-level Menu, for the specific Menu Group.
    2. If the URL is List based, the application checks for the List Menu Style Top-level Menu, for the specific Menu Group.
  5. Based on the above criteria, the application displays the Menu.
