Configuring Users form

Use this form to create/update users to the application.

  1. Open the Users form (FTUsersMaint)
  2. Specify this information:
    User Name
    The username for the user who logs on to the application. This can be User’s email address.
    User Password/Confirm Password
    The password of the user.
    Editing Permissions
    Determines whether users can enter design mode to create or customize forms.
    Groups tab
    Groups to which the user belongs and security authorizations for that group.
  3. Specify this information on the Login Information tab:
    User Alias
    The M3 username of the user.
    Default Language
    The language of the user.
  4. Specify this information on the Factory Track Info tab:
    Menu Group ID
    The menu group ID. See Configuring Menu Groups.
    Label Printer
    The default label printer of the user.
    ERP Document Printer
    The default document printer of the user.
  5. Specify this information on the User Parameters tab:
    Printer Group– Document Printer
    The printer group – document printer of the user.
    Printer Group – Label Printer
    The printer group – label printer of the user.
