Discarding the IDO Runtime Service cache

Note: These steps are intended for use in an on-premises environment.

If there are active Windows client sessions when you applied the license, you must discard the IDO Runtime Service cache for all configurations that reference the application database to which the new license is applied. If there are no active sessions, you can skip this process.

To discard the IDO Runtime Service cache:

  1. On the application server, open the Configuration Manager.
  2. Select the Utilities tab.
  3. Select the configurations that reference the application database to which the new license is applied.
  4. If you are in a development environment and you use the local IDO Runtime Host utility on your computer, select the IDO Runtime on Local Machine check box.
  5. Click Discard IDO Cache.
