Setting a process default value

Process defaults are set or activated using the Process Defaults form.

  1. Open the Process Defaults form.
  2. To create a new record, use the auto-insert row, or press Ctrl+N.
  3. To select the process default you want to set/activate, use the drop-down list in the Default Name column.
  4. In the Default Value field, specify a valid value for the process default.
    To set or learn the values that are valid for each process default, use the Process Default Names form; or see List of basic process defaults.
  5. Click Save.
