Using the Add Line screen

Use this screen to add a single line or multiple lines to the order created for the Warehouse Move.

The three possible scenarios based on the search you perform and the options selected:

  • If a single Balance ID search is performed in the Search Balance ID and in the List Balance ID screen, click Select, only a single item details are displayed.
  • If no Balance ID search is performed in the Search Balance ID, Add Line Screen is displayed, when you click Next in the Order Details screen.
  1. On the Add Line screen (After bal ID search - Select one ), this information is displayed:
    • Location
    • Item
    • Lot
    • Container
    • Quantity with unit of measurement
    • Catch Wt
    • To Location
    1. Click Next.
      Line added. Total lines = Y message is displayed in the Search Balance ID screen.

      The Lines button is enabled.

  2. On the Add Line screen ( After bal ID search - Select all ), this information is displayed:
    • Location
    • Item
    • Lot
    • Container
    • To Location
    1. Click Next.
      Line added. Total lines = Y message is displayed in the Search Balance ID screen.

      The Lines button is enabled.

  3. On the Add Line screen (No bal ID search), this information is displayed:
    • Location
    • Item
    • Lot
    • Container
    • Quantity
    • To Location

    The Lines button is enabled.

    1. Click Next.
      Line added. Total lines = Y message is displayed on the Search Balance ID screen.
      Note: Multiple balance IDs can be selected for SELECT ALL option. *MULTI* is populated and confirmed in the field if different values are existing for different IDs. Meanwhile, a value for that ID is displayed instead if all the value remain same for the balance IDs.
